Renovation of a laboratory facility in Florence, South Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a laboratory facility.
The USDA ARS requires that all labor, supervision, tools, and materials be provided to install a backup generator system for USDA ARS Coastal Plains Soil, Water and Plant Research Center in Florence, SC. All work shall be performed in accordance with the terms, conditions, drawings and specifications contained in this document. Provide all labor, materials, equipment, supplies, supervision, and transportation needed for installation of a backup generator system for USDA ARS in Florence, SC. All work shall be done in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW) and other attachments set forth in the solicitation. This is a total small business set-aside. Location: USDA ARS, 2700 Savannah Highway, Florence, SC 29505 IAW FAR 36.204 the estimated magnitude for this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. The Contractor shall begin performance within 10 calendar days and complete it within 120 calendar days. All questions pertaining to this solicitation, including questions that arise during the site visit, must be submitted to Michael.Sherlock@usda.gov 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time September 18, 2025. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
