This On-Call Service Agreement will support Raleigh Parks to provide on-call and emergency landscape services at Dix Park. Submission of a proposal indicates acceptance by the proposer of the conditions contained in this Request for Proposals. Proposals marked entirely as "confidential", "proprietary", or "trade secret" will be considered non-responsive and will be removed from the evaluation process.
