Site work and paving for a road / highway in Mountain, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
As of November 7, 2025. Project was awarded to Northeast Asphalt for bid #1 & #2 in the total amount of $60,710. (Bid #: $11,680) (Bid #2: $49,030). The Town Board of the Town of Mountain is seeking sealed bids for 2025 on the following road projects: Bid 1 - Hot Mix Asphalt Paving South Shore Heights Ln (20' wide x approx. 95') Starting point in line with 13614 to end of road Pulverize, minimum of 2" compacted binder and 1 1/2 " compacted topcoat Fine grade, water, and roll. Sweep road when completed. Bid 2 - Hot Mix Asphalt Paving Elbe Ln (20' wide x approx. 806') Pulverize, minimum of 2" compacted binder and 1 1/2 " compacted topcoat Install a 2' wide crushed aggregate base course shoulder. Berm created at bottom of hill Fine grade, water, and roll. Sweep road when completed. The Mountain Town Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to accept the bid most advantageous to the Town. Contact Sup.
