**As of December 5, 2025, the project was awarded to Dans Excavating Service, Inc, with an awarded amount of $3,684,365.23** Reference Number 0000398252 Replacement of traffic signals from existing diagonal span configuration to box span wire configurations at nine (09) intersections and installing a new signal of box span wire configuration at one (01) intersection in Macomb County. Work includes the update of vehicle and pedestrian signal & detection, cabinets, street name sign, ITS equipment, etc. All works should comply with the latest MDOT specs. Contractor MUST be a MDOT prequalified contractor. Bidder must attend a mandatory pre-bid meeting to submit a bid. For bid evaluation, experience wih similar nature and size of projects will be an added qualification.
