Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Pasadena, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a pre-engineered storage facility; for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

Work of the contract, as shown in the plans and the bid documents, is for the construction of: - One (1) prefabricated metal building for the existing 36-inch Pressure Reducing Valve (PRV) along Crenshaw Road, near the Crenshaw Water Plant. The building will include all necessary appurtenances, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, instrumentation and control, flood barriers, and a 2-ton crane for an operational building. The work will require site work to demolish existing fencing, installation of storm sewer and sanitary sewer lines and manholes and site restoration of existing sidewalk, asphalt paving, and landscaping. - Crenshaw Water Plant (WP) improvements include: Site preparation, new concrete pavement as shown in the plans, and site restoration including replacing damaged concrete pavement and sidewalk. Furnish and install radio telemetry equipment. The work will be in accordance with the technical specifications, construction plans, and contract documents. All improvements include labor, material, temporary provisions, site work, groundwater control, supervision, coordination, trench safety systems, field survey, piping and accessories incidental to the work for an operational building complete in place. All work and disposal of material shall be performed in strict compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local statutes.
