Proposals will be submitted online in the Pasadena ISD eBid System. Question Deadline 11/6/2025 at 05:00:00 PM (CT) All questions concerning the Proposal shall be directed to the Pasadena ISD online ebid system. Project Location: The project takes place at four campuses in Pasadena, Texas. Sam Rayburn HS, South Houston HS, Pasadena Memorial HS and Dobie HS 1. Generally, the project consists of renovations to the CTE Culinary Labs at four High Schools, Sam Rayburn HS, South Houston HS, Pasadena Memorial HS and Dobie HS. 2.Scope of work includes new residential appliances, mobile stations, new and existing kitchen equipment that make up the cooking stations in these labs. The scope of work also includes floor and acoustical ceiling replacement, MEP upgrades to accommodate the new equipment and layout as well as some technology scope. 3. Sitework includes installing in ground grease traps at all four campuses. 4. Finishes include resilient flooring, FRP panels, paint, and suspended acoustical ceilings. 5. Dry marker boards, tackboards, kitchen equipment and Commercial hoods are also a part of the Work.
