Existing modified bitumen roof membrane system to be restored/recoated with application of primer and coating. Full replacement of C3 High and Penthouse Roofs. Only administrative or procedural requirements that are unique to a specific Section of Divisions 02 through 49 should be covered in those Sections. C. Topics not addressed in this Division 01 shall be managed per the Agreement between the Contractor and the Owner for the Work. D. Drawings and general provisions of the Contract, including General and Supplementary Conditions and other Division 01 Specification Sections, apply to this Section.
