Questions must be received no later than seven (7) days prior to the IFB due date. Flexible Base Materials -This item to be used to construct a foundation course composed of flexible base. Crushed Concrete, Type "D", Grade 1 Picked Up Pricing Crushed Limestone, Type "A", Grade 1 Picked Up Pricing The City of Pasadena is seeking Bids from qualified suppliers, hereinafter referred to as the Contractor, to provide Flexible Base Material in accordance with the terms, conditions, and specifications contained in this Invitation for Bid. This supply contract will be utilized by various Divisions of the Public Works Department or Parks Department for construction and/or repairs of streets, water lines and sewer lines located throughout the city.
