Each Bidder must deposit his bid security in the amount, form and subject to conditions provided in the information to Bidders. This project is funded by the KDHE State Revolving Loan Fund. Associated certifications and the completion of other documents will be required for the successful completion of the project. All bidders are required to comply with Local, State, and Federal regulations as stated in the bid documents. Bidders on this work will be required to comply with the President s Executive Order No. 11246 (Equal Employment Opportunity) as amended. Requirements for bidders and contractors under this order are explained in the specifications. Bidders must fully comply with Subpart C of 2 CFR Part 180 and 2 CFR Park 1532, entitled Responsibilities of Participants Regarding Transactions.
