Site work and paving for a road / highway in Lancaster, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The Work Under This Contract Shall Consist of Removal of the Existing Structure, Grading, Base Aggregate, Asphaltic Surface, Installation of (2) 84-inch Corrugated Metal Culvert Pipes 64 Feet in Length Each, Construction of a Cast-in-place Concrete Masonry Endwalls and Any Incidental Items Necessary to Complete the Work as Shown on the Plans and Included in the Proposal and Contract. Questions May Be Directed to the Engineer; Mr. Travis J. Kramer, P.e., Grant County Highway Commission, (608) 723-2595. All Bids Must Be Accompanied by Bid Security in the Amount of 5% of the Maximum Bid Amount Payable to the Owner. The Bidder That is Awarded the Contract Agrees to Execute the Contract Agreement and Payment and Performance Bond Within Ten (10) Days After the Notices of Award, Begin Work No Later Than Ten (10) Days After Written Notice to Proceed, and Complete All Work Included Under the Terms of the Contract in the Allotted Time. The Town of Jamestown Reserves the Right to Waive Any Informalities and to Reject Any or All Bids.
