A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** Removal and replacement of approximately 4,900 square feet of built-up roofing with rubber membrane or steel at Wastewater Treatment Plant, 1027 S. Madison St. Bids must be submitted either in hard copy, enclosed within a sealed envelope and clearly labeled "roofing Lancaster Wastewater Plant" at City Hall, 206 S. Madison St. Lancaster, WI 53813, or emailed to Dpw@lancasterwisconsin.com by the deadline. The City of Lancaster reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
