Removal and replacement of shingled roofs for the Golf Cart Shed at the Lancaster Country Club and the Old Bathhouse Shelter at the Municipal Swimming Pool. Specifications: Remove existing asphalt shingles and underlayment paper and nails and disposal Gutters and gutter apron metal to remain Remove and replace outside drip edge (ODE) on rake edges only Install Winterguard synthetic felt underlayment Base Bid: Complete with installation of Certainteed Landmark AR shingles Alternative Bid: Complete with installation of Certainteed Northgate Shingles Provide all warranty information to the City of Lancaster. Insurance certificates meeting the City of Lancaster requirements and naming the City of Lancaster as additional insured shall be provided by the contractor. Specifications: Remove existing asphalt shingles (2 layers) and underlayment paper and nails and disposal Remove and replace all outside drip edge (ODE) Remove and replace 1 " fascia boards Install fascia metal Install Winterguard synthetic felt underlayment Base Bid: Install Certainteed Landmark AR shingles Alternative Bid: Cover entire roof deck with 7/16" OSB sheathing prior to re-shingling. Provide all warranty information to the City of Lancaster. Insurance certificates meeting the City of Lancaster requirements and naming the City of Lancaster as additional insured shall be provided by the contractor.
