No claim shall be entertained or allowed for any labor, materials, or other extras that may be required for the proper execution and completion of the contract, which would have been determined by site examination. 1 Remove existing window in Bedroom 3 and replace with new, per specifications. 2 Remove existing slider from Bedroom 2 and replace with new to match existing, per specifications. If new slider to match existing cannot be sourced: Remove existing window from Bedroom 2 and replace with new, per specifications. Quantities to be entered on Schedule "D". 3 Install new window screens throughout. Quantities to be entered on Schedule "D". 1 Remove existing front and rear entry door systems. Install new metal door systems per door schedule and specifications. 2 Remove existing interior doors and door boxes at bathroom and all bedrooms. Install new per door schedule and specifications. 1 Remove baseboards and quarter-trim throughout. 2 Apply floor leveler to entire floor, fill all screw heads and joins, and sand smooth. 3 Install new vinyl plank flooring in living room, kitchen, and all bedrooms per drawings and specifications. Install new vinyl sheet flooring in bathroom, furnace room, vestibules, and storage room per drawings and specifications. 5 Install new baseboards throughout 6 Replace all rotted, damaged, and deteriorated subflooring. Quantities to be entered on Schedule "D". 1 Paint/stain existing wood paneling. Color to be white. Replace all damaged or missing wood panels with new to match existing. Quantities to be entered on Schedule "D". Contractor is responsible to clean and remove all debris including decals prior to new paint/stain being installed. 2 Paint all ceilings and trims throughout unit to match existing.
