As of October 16, 2025. Project was awarded to Western Culvert in the amount of $210,333.35. The County Highway Department is requesting sealed bids from qualified contractors to provide an Aluminum Box Culvert as specified in the Specifications and the Plans for a box culvert replacement on CTH DE in County. County Highway Department will install the box culvert. The selected contractor shall supply and deliver the box culvert to the work site (see attached plans). The County encourages the participation of minority, women-owned and disadvantaged business enterprises. The County reserves the right to waive any informalities or technicalities and to reject any and all bids or parts thereof deemed to be unsatisfactory or not in the County's best interest. Furthermore, The County reserves the right to cancel any order or contract for failure of the successful contractor to comply with the terms, conditions and specifications of the request and/or contract. The County reserves the right to award this request to the contractor whose bid is overall the most advantageous to the County in the County's sole determination.
