The Owner shall not be responsible for safeguarding the Contractor's equipment and inventory in any manner whatsoever, and shall not be liable for any damage done to the Contractor's equipment or inventory by the negligent or intentional acts of any of The Owner's employees, students, licensees, invitees, or trespassers. Nothing in this section shall operate to bar the Contractor from seeking recovery of damages from individuals responsible for any theft of inventory or damage of equipment. STC shall reserve the right to award a contract for all or any of the requirements in this Request for Proposals, to award multiple contracts, or to not award any contract, according to what is in the best interest of STC.
