Summary Project Description Development and renovation of numerous amenities at Fireman's Park in the Village of Decatur including paved parking lot with 2 ADA/van accessible parking spots, ADA accessible walking paths, converting tennis courts to pickleball courts, new sport courts fence and ADA compliant gates, site amenities, native plantings and landscaping and pavilion painting/staining. Recreation Passport Funds are being used for the project and relevant state or federal requirements apply.. B. Project Requirements: The contractor and all subcontractors must comply with all requirements of 1976 PA 453 (Elliott Larsen Civil Rights Act), the 1976 PA 220 (Persons with Disabilities Civil Rights Act), and Executive Directive 2019- 09, as amended.
