The purpose of this Request for Qualifications is to procure Professional Design Services from qualified architectural/engineering firms for the Montgomery County Facilities. The scope of the Sheriff's Administration Office HVAC Upgrades project includes the complete evaluation, design, and replacement of existing HVAC systems serving the Sheriff's Administration building. Existing systems have reached their end of life, and the complete replacement of these systems are critical to ensuring that the Sheriff's Administration building remains operational for years to come. All questions associated with this request for qualifications shall be submitted via the online questions and answers online. Answers will be posted no later than Friday, October 3, 2025 at 12:00 pm. Any resulting Addendum shall also be released via online. Firms shall not rely on any oral instructions or answers. Respondents should not seek to discuss any information directly relating to this procurement with any Owner personnel or anyone affiliated with the Project, except during scheduled suite visits, or as otherwise provided for in the RFQ. Violation of this provision may result in disqualification from eligibility for selections. The County Commissioners reserve the right to reject any or all SOQs and to waive any irregularity of SOQs, should same be to the advantage of the county. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
