As of 10/21/2025 - Reject the one bid received for the Sheriff's Administrative Office Parking Garage Repairs Project due to the bid exceeding the legal cost threshold for contract award. Repairs to the existing parking garage will include replacement of the existing 107-feet by 99-feet superstructure with a new 5.5-inch cast-in-place post tension (PT) concrete slab supported by composite steel beams, repairing the underground portion of the structure, replacing the existing electrical and lighting systems and stormwater plumbing.
