The existing transformers, installed in the late 1980s, are nearing the end of their operational life expectancy and need to be replaced to ensure continued reliable power supply to the hospital. 1) Specific Tasks: Review Documentation: o Study all technical manuals and schematics of the existing and new transformers. o Review safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA and hospital safety guidelines. 2) Obtain Necessary Approvals: o Coordinate the replacement schedule with hospital administration to minimize disruption. o Acquire necessary work permits and approvals from the COR and other relevant authorities. 3) Assemble the Team: o Assemble a team of certified electricians, millwrights, and other required skilled labor. o Conduct a pre-task briefing to discuss the procedure, safety measures, and roles of each team member. 4) Site Preparation: o Inspect the work area for any potential hazards. o Ensure all necessary tools, equipment, and personal protective equipment (PPE) are available and in good condition.
