Greater Dayton Regional Transit Authority (RTA) is soliciting quotes for Generator Maintenance. Your firm is invited to submit a quote. SCOPE OF WORK Stationary Generator Maintenance INTRODUCTION The Greater Dayton Regional Transit Authority (RTA) is seeking a long term contract for stationary generator maintenance to include Preventive Maintenance (PM), PM Repairs, Transfer Switch Testing, Load Bank Testing and other items that will ensure RTA Perform all maintenance as defined/required by this Scope of Work, by NFPA 110, Standard for Emergency and Standby Power Systems and relevant State of Ohio Codes (i.e. OAC 1301:7 Division of State Fire Marshal, Chapter 1301:7-7 Ohio Fire Code, OAC 1301:7-7-06, Building services and systems and associated references) and by other relevant requirements of Authorities having Jurisdiction. 2. Perform Recurring Maintenance (Monthly and Annual) Maintenance on the two (2) Standby Generators (including the Automatic Transfer Switches) located at 600 Longworth Street, Dayton, OH 45402 under the direct supervision of designated RTA Maintenance Personnel (Building & Grounds, etc.).
