As of November 18, 2025, the project was awarded to L.J. DeWeese Co. Inc., with an awarded amount of $1,474,638.10. This Project Consists of the Widening of the Construction of a Roundabout at the Intersection of Adams Street With Riverside Drive and Staunton Road With Sidewalks and a Shared-use Path, Full Depth Pavement, Storm Sewer, Lighting, Pavement Markings and Landscaping. All Contractors and Subcontractors Involved With the Project Will, to the Extent Practical, Use Ohio Products, Materials, Services, and Labor in the Implementation of This Project A Certified Check, a Cashiers Check, an Official Bank Check, or a Letter of Credit in the Amount of 10% of the Bid Amount, Payable to the City of Troy, Ohio. A Bid Bond in the Amount of 100% of the Bid Amount, The City of Troy Reserves the Right to Reject Any or All Bids, to Waive Any Irregularities in the Bids When to the Advantage of the City and to Select the Best and Lowest Bid Submitted. Question Deadline 09/26/2025 Questions received less than 72 hours prior to the time and date for opening Bids will not be answered.
