Proposals are requested for two contracts: 1) Purchase of various size water system parts and appurtenances, including but not limited to valves, repair bands, and water meter yokes; 2) Purchase of various size water meters. Bids must be submitted electronically through the Bid Express service. Bidders are required to register, set up, and review each solicitation intended for bidding electronically prior to submission. Each proposal must include a bid guaranty, either a 100% bid bond or a 10% certified/cashiers/official bank check or letter of credit, payable to the City of Troy, Ohio. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive irregularities, and select the best bid. The City may enter into a single or multiple contract for materials on the bid list.
