Sealed bids are invited for the Miami County Transfer Station Tipping Floor Repair. Bids must be signed, submitted on separate bidding forms, and sealed in a properly identified envelope. One original and two copies of each bid are required. Bid security is required as detailed in the bid package. Bidders must provide proof of qualifications to perform the work and comply with all statutory requirements as outlined in the bid package. The minimum wage paid for all labor classes must conform to the prevailing wage rates as determined by the Department of Industrial Relations. Employment discrimination is prohibited based on race, color, religion, sex, national origin, or military veteran status. The Board of Miami County Commissioners reserves the right to waive informalities or irregularities in bids, and to accept or reject any or all bids at any time within sixty days of the bid receipt date. The Board will determine the lowest and best bid as per the Ohio Revised Code. All questions about the meaning or intent ofthe Bid Package and the proposed contract documents shall be submitted to the Miami County Sanitary Engineering Office in writing to the attention of Joshua Lococo, 2200 North County Road 25A, Troy, Ohio 45373. In order to receive consideration, questions must be received by Mr. Lococo at 12th March 2026.
