Renovation of a mixed-use development in Troy, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a theater / auditorium.
Bids are being accepted for Troy High School Auditorium Catwalk Improvements. Proposals must be enclosed in a sealed envelope, endorsed with the bidder's name, marked "Troy City Schools Auditorium Catwalk Improvements 2026," and addressed to the Treasurer, Jeff Price. Proposals must be received at the Office of the Treasurer on or before the specified time. No proposals submitted via facsimile transmission or electronic media will be accepted. Bid documents are available in electronic PDF format upon request by email and may be printed at the bidder's expense. A pre-bid meeting will be held at Troy High School, with site visits to follow the meeting. A. Work of the Project includes the catwalk improvements at the Troy High School Aduditorium as outlined. 1. All specific scope items shall be coordinated and reviewed on the drawings and specifications as applicable.
