Sealed bids are requested for the Miami County Evanston Private Sewer Lateral Replacement Project Phase II. Bids must be signed, submitted on designated bidding forms, and sealed in a properly identified envelope. Each bidder must provide one original and two copies of each bid. Bid security must be provided as detailed in the bid package. Proof of qualifications to perform the work is required. Bidders must comply with all statutory requirements as detailed in the bid package, and the minimum wage paid must conform to the prevailing wage rates determined by the Department of Industrial Relations. No employee or applicant may be discriminated against based on race, color, creed, religion, sex, national origin, or military veteran status. The Board of Miami County Commissioners reserves the right to waive informalities or irregularities, to accept or reject any or all bids within sixty days of the bid receipt date, and to determine the lowest and best bid. QA date - 4-15-2026 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bid Documents shall be submitted to the Miami County Sanitary Engineering Office in writing to the attention of Joshua Lococo, 2200 North County Road 25A, Troy, Ohio 45373. In order to receive consideration, questions must be received at least five (5) days prior to the bid opening date
