This Project consists of removing and replacing the existing fire alarm system at Wildflower Court Facility (WFC). Maintain the existing fire alarm system as fully operational until the new system has been installed, tested, and accepted. The facility is expected to be occupied during the duration of the work. Replace components of the existing system with components of the new system as scheduled and coordinated with owners. All conditions shall be communicated between the existing and the new fire alarm systems during construction. Provide backbone cables from the Bartlett Regional Hospital (BRH) fire alarm control unit to the new WFC fire alarm control unit. The new fire alarm system shall be an extension of the BRH fire alarm system. Program the BRH fire alarm system to incorporate the new WFC fire alarm system. Coordinate any conditions that shall be communicated between the two fire alarm control units with owners.
