Description

Work shall consist of, but not limited to, snow and ice removal and application of anti-skid/de-icing material on Borough-owned streets for a one-year contract beginning October 15th 2025 through October 14th 2026. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Performance Bond and Payment Bond each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price. Jacobus Borough reserves the right, which is understood and agreed to by all bidders, to accept or reject any or all proposals and waive any irregularities. No bid may be withdrawn by the bidder for sixty (60) days after closing time for receipt of bids. All bids shall be submitted on the Bid Proposal Form in a sealed envelope marked "JACOBUS BOROUGH - WINTER MAINTENANCE - 2025-2026".
