The project includes removal of marked trees within the Right-of-Way of several streets and parks throughout the Township. The marked trees will be removed to within 4 to 6 inches of grade, trunk and branches over 6 inches in diameter to be cut in maximum 8 foot lengths and placed on individual property owners land, as denoted in the Township Ordinance. Trunks and branches smaller than 6 inches in diameter are to be removed off-site. Douglass Township, Berks County, reserves the right to waive any informalities in, or to reject any or all bids, and to delete any item or portion of an item without affecting the bids on the remaining items or portion of items.
