Site work for a water / sewer project in Boyertown, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade water / sewer project.
The project includes the installation of fourteen vertical landfill gas wells, one condensate knockout station, landfill gas (LFG) header and laterals pipes, and all associated piping fixtures to facilitate proper tie-in to the existing LFG system for a term of 6 months at Delaware County Solid Waste Authority, Rolling Hills Landfill, Earl Township, Berks County, Pennsylvania. Bidders are to furnish all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to complete the work as shown on the Drawings and described in the Specifications. Proposals are to be submitted online via The PennBid Program. The bid must be accompanied by Bid Security made payable to OWNER, in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total amount Bid in the form of Certified Check or Bid Bond. Failure to provide the required Bid Security will result in automatic disqualification. Bid modifications and alternative proposals will be considered, but bidders must supply a bid based on the bid documents, with alternates submitted on a separate piece of paper clearly identifying the proposed alternate and the associated price adjustment. All questions must be submitted electronically via PennBid. The Delaware County Solid Waste Authority reserves the right to waive any irregularities and to reject any or all bids.
