Description

Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Boyertown, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call civil work for a sidewalk / parking lot.

Sealed proposals are invited for the 2026 Asphalt Seal Coat Project, which includes approximately 32,720 square yards of double application asphalt seal coat. Bidders must submit proposals on forms provided by the Township. A bid security equal to ten percent of the proposal amount is required. The successful bidder must provide a 100% performance bond and a 100% payment bond within 20 days of award. All proposals are effective for 120 days from opening and must include the Public Works Employment Verification Form. Liquidated damages are set at $500 per calendar day. The Township reserves the right to waive any non-material defects or irregularities, and to reject any or all bids or portions thereof. This is not a Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Project. *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project.
