As of August 1, 2025, this project has not yet been awarded. The project is expected to be awarded on August 4, 2025. Estimated Contract Value: $400,000 - $440,000 The work to be performed consists of furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment for a street maintenance project along Monroe Street and Highland Street. The work will include approximately 6,155 SY bituminous pavement milling, 2,650 SY of excavation, 5,300 SY of Superpave base course, 1,220 tons of Superpave wearing course, and other related street work. There will be NO Pre-Bid Meeting. Each Proposal for the Project shall be accompanied by a Certified Check, Bank Treasurers Check, Cashiers Check, or Bid Bond in the form provided by the Contract Documents, drawn to the order of Borough of Boyertown, and in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the Total Bid, Proposals shall be valid for sixty (60) calendar days from the date of Bid opening. Wages paid employees of the successful bidder shall be subject to the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act. Question Deadline 07/14/2025
