Site work for a mixed-use development in Boyertown, Pennsylvania. Working plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; and transportation facility.
As of 7/18/2025, project not awarded due to over budget. It is unknown if the project will rebid at this time. The Boyertown Foundry Unloading Track project includes a bridge improvements, bridge abutment repairs, replacing approximately 2400 feet of track, construct approximately 2000 feet of new track and installing 3 turnouts. Bid Bond or certified check in an amount equal to 10% of the total of the base bid shall be submitted with each bid. Docs notes : A flash drive containing the contract documents may be obtained by a non-refundable deposit of $50 from Stone Consulting, Inc. for each flash drive so obtained. An email containing the contract documents may be obtained by a non-refundable deposit of $25 from Stone Consulting, Inc. Addenda, if any, will be issued to only those persons or firms whose name and address are on record with Stone Consulting, Inc. as having obtained the Contract Documents. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities in the bidding.
