Sealed Proposals for Approximately 364 Tons of Leveling 120 lb/sy 9.5mm 0-.3 ESALS PG-64-22 SRL "M" and 547 Tons of Overlay 1.5" 9.5 mm 0-.3 ESALS PG-64-22 SRL "M" to be completed in accordance with PUB 408 current edition. PA Prevailing Wages apply to contract. PA Prevailing Wages apply to contract. Bituminous Price Adjustment as per Pub 408 Section 110.04. Bidders are required to be PennDOT prequalified for work specified. Proof of Prequalification is required with a bid submittal. The Board of Commissioners of the Township of Colebrookdale reserves the right to waive any informalities in, to reject any or all bids or any parts of bids, and to award the contract or any part of the contract as may be in the best interest of the Township of Colebrookdale.
