Sealed bids are requested for snow and ice removal and application of anti-skid/de-icing material on Borough-owned streets for a one-year contract beginning October 15, 2026 through October 14, 2027. Sealed bids will be received on behalf of the Jacobus Borough Council, York County, Pennsylvania, at the office of the Solicitor (Saxton & Stump) located at 221 West Philadelphia Street, Suite 600, York, PA 17401 until 2:00 p.m., Monday, June 29, 2026. The bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at the office of Saxton & Stump at 2:00 p.m. the same date. Copies of the specifications and other documents are on file and open for public inspection and may be procured during regular business hours at the Jacobus Borough Municipal Office. The Jacobus Borough Council reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
