Sealed proposals are requested for the following: 500 Tons ID2 Top 9.5 mm, 300 Tons ID3 Top 19 mm, 300 Tons Binder 25 mm, 500 Tons 1-B Stone, 400 Tons #2-Stone, 750 Tons 2-A Stone, 400 Tons 2-B Stone, 400 Tons #3 Stone, 100 Tons #4 Stone, 1,000 Tons Anti Skid AS3, 10,000 Gallons Diesel Fuel, and 1,000 Gallons Unleaded Gasoline. Quantities are approximate and subject to change. Proposals must be submitted on forms provided by the municipality. Each bid must include a certified check or bid bond for 10% of the bid amount, payable to the municipality. The municipality reserves the right to reject any or all proposals. Liquidated damages apply.
