Demolition, site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Brunswick, Georgia. Completed plans call for the demolition of a playground / park / athletic field; for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

This is an invitation to submit a bid to the Glynn County Board of Commissioners for the Selden Park Sidewalk Improvement Project. The successful Bidder shall provide all skill, labor, material, and equipment to install approximately 5,000 linear feet of new 8' concrete sidewalk to include benches and trash cans in Selden Park as indicated in the construction plans and specifications attached herein and removal and replacement of damaged and cracked existing sidewalk. Question Submission Deadline:September 22, 2025, 5:00pm The work to be performed under this contract consists of furnishing all skill, labor, equipment, materials/products and performing all project coordination necessary to install the sidewalk and furnishings. The work will contain, but is not limited to, sidewalk construction, demo, clearing and grubbing, borrow, grading, backfilling , grassing, and erosion control. All work shall be in accordance with the Technical Specifications and the construction drawings provided herein. All material shall conform to the specifications contained in the Technical Specifications. The County intends to award the contract but it is the intent that construction activity would not begin and that the Notice to Proceed would not be issued to the winning bidder no sooner that 1/2/2026. Any questions and /or misunderstandings that may arise from this invitation shall be submitted in writing via the e-Procurement Portal no later than Monday, September 22, 2025. All Questions and Answers submitted will be posted to the website no later than Monday, September 29, 2025. All questions are required to be submitted in written form. This Project requires pre-qualification and all vendors must be pre-qualified through Glynn County prior to the submission of a bid. A pre-qualification questionnaire and criteria packet are available under "Attachments" of this solicitation. Prequalification packets must be submitted by September 18th,22th, 2025 at 5:00PM to Nikki Thompson either in person at the Glynn County Finance Office (1725 Reynolds Street Brunswick, GA 31520) or by e-mail maria.thompson@glynncounty-ga.gov. Any bid from a proposer that is not pre-qualified will be disqualified.
