Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Frisco, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; for paving for a bridge / tunnel; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and for the construction of a bridge / tunnel.
PROJECT DESCRIPTION Construction of grading, drainage, roadway pavement, bridge sidewalks, hike/bike trail, signing, markings, illumination, median landscaping and irrigation for Teel Parkway. The project limits are approximately from north of Fields Parkway at existing roundabout intersection to a point south of Olive Branch Road. Bridge Substructure (Drilled Shafts, Columns, Bents, Abutments) must be completed within 210 calendar days, liquidated damages of $2,000/day will be assessed after 210 calendar days. All roadway, sidewalk and trail concrete paving work (open to traffic) must be completed within 300 calendar. Liquidated damages of $2,50 The deadline for questions is 5:00 PM on October 8, 2025. All questions should be submitted via online Addendum #1-#4 have been issued as of 10-15-2025.
