Reference Number 0000302612 Question Acceptance Deadline 2025/10/01 01:00:00 PM EDT The work involves construction of eight (8) passing lanes: four (4) northbound and four (4) southbound, including, bituminous pavement, bituminous shoulders, granular course, grade widening and extension of culverts on Provincial Trunk Highway 8, from Provincial Trunk Highway 67 to Provincial Road 231, for a total construction distance of approximately 16.9 km. in the Municipalities of St. Andrews and Gimli. Completion Model The Contract Will Be Assessed Liquidated Damages in Accordance With the Specification for Liquidated Damages - Completion Specified by Completion Date. Completion Date and Liquidated Damages The Work Must Be Completed by No Later Than September 30, 2026. Daily Liquidated Damages After This Specified Completion Date Will Be Charged to the Contractor at the Rate of Three Thousand ($3,000.00) Dollars Per Calendar Day Until the Work is Completed. Seasonal Shutdown Date The Seasonal Shutdown Date for This Project is October 31 of Any Given Year.
