Reference Number 0000292698 Question Acceptance Deadline 2025/05/14 02:00:00 PM CDT Karl Bergman Asset Management Manager Phone: (204) 642-6688 Email: kbergman@rmgimli.com The Rural Municipality of Gimli is accepting quotes to perform emulsified patching repairs on the following paved roads: Gimli Townsite Paved Roads Spruce Bay Road Lakeshore Drive South 10th Ave Sandy Hook Pressurized-emulsion patch: Machine-applied spray consisting of a combination of hot emulsified asphalt oil and crushed stone chips. The high pressure at which the patching material is sprayed forces it tightly into the pothole, and to some extent, it displaces any water that may be in the pothole. The work must be completed by October 15, 2025. Term: 2025/06/02 01:00:00 AM EDT - 2025/10/15 01:00:00 AM EDT The Owner may request that the successful bidder provide and maintain with the Owner a Performance Bond in the amount of fifty percent (50%) of the total bid price in a form satisfactory to the Owner. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all tenders, to waive irregularities and informalities at their discretion and to accept the tender which the Owner deems to be in its best interest.
