LS6 I&I Reduction Program Project Oak Lodge Water Services is seeking competitive sealed bids from qualified and experienced firms able to provide construction services for the LS6 I&I Reduction Program project. The project generally consists of pipe bursting 2,797 feet of sewer pipe, manhole replacement, lateral replacement and restoration work on Hull Ave, Ashton Ln, Meldrum Ave, Glen Echo Ave, and Mildred St in Milwaukie, OR. All bids shall be submitted in the prescribed form and said manner as indicated in the Information for Bidders. Bids shall be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond executed in favor of the Oak Lodge Water Services Authority in an amount of ten percent (10%) of the total bid amount. No bid will be considered unless the bid contains, or is accompanied by, a statement by the bidder that the provisions required by ORS 279C.838 or ORS 279C.840, as applicable, pertaining to prevailing wages, shall be included as part of the Contract.
