Renovation of an educational facility in Arlington Heights, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The Board of Education of Township High School District 214, Cook County, Illinois is accepting bid proposals for work at the following high schools: Wheeling High School, 900 S Elmhurst Rd, Wheeling, IL 60090 Rolling Meadows High School, 2901 Central Rd, Rolling Meadows, IL 60008 The project at Wheeling H.S. and Rolling Meadows H.S. (Bid Period 1) is for the renovations of the Student Services area, multiple roofing areas and concrete pool deck slab repairs at Wheeling High School, and entry plaza upgrade at Rolling Meadows. The scope of work consists of Selective Demolition, Concrete Masonry, Steel, General Trades, Roofing, Glazing, Drywall, Flooring/Hard Tile, Ceilings, Painting, MEP Trades, Sitework, Utilities, and Site Concrete. The work for these bid packages are scheduled to take place during the months of April of 2026 thru July of 2026. All bids must be accompanied by a Cashier's Check or Bid Bond of ten percent (10%) of the amount of the Base Bid made payable to Township High School District 214. Contractors shall guarantee their submitted Bid Proposal for a ninety (90) day period from the date of Bid Opening. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Performance and Payment Bond for 100% of the value of the work. Compliance with Prevailing Wages for Cook County and all equal employment practices is required
