The Naval Medical Research Unit - Dayton (NAMRU-D) requires a surveillance system for the GL-6000 Disorientation Research Device (DRD). The system must ensure safety and active monitoring of research participants inside the device, DRD crew operating outside the device in the hall, and personnel in the surrounding area. The requirement includes replacing existing cameras and adding new ones to improve hall coverage, enhancing recording capabilities and digital image quality, and ensuring the system remains operational even when the DRD is powered off. This procurement is for brand name equipment and services from authorized approved vendors and will be set aside for local small businesses under NAICS code 334310. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time.
