Reference Number 0000302456 Question Acceptance Deadline 2025/10/07 02:00:00 PM CDT Manitoba Housing requires a Service Agreements for the supply of goods/services for Furnace, Dryer Vents & AC Preventative Maintenance. The work covers inspection, cleaning, testing and servicing of both gas and electric furnaces, central air condition, dryer ducts, and their related works in Selkirk and Surrounding Areas and respond to service calls as required. The inspection work would include the establishment of the current condition of the overall system, provide detailed information for remedial programs necessary to repair, upgrade and improve the Furnace, Dryer Vents & AC system. Manitoba Housing requires a Service Agreements for the supply of goods/services for Furnace, Dryer Vents & AC Preventative Maintenance. Manitoba Housing invites qualified bidders to submit a bid on Schedule A - Price Form for the supply of the goods (if any) and services described in Appendix 1- Scope of Work. The description of goods and services sets out the minimum requirements of Manitoba Housing. Submissions should meet the minimum requirements and may, in addition, include goods, services or terms that exceed the minimum requirements. The Service Agreement shall be for a period of two (2) years with an anticipated commencement date of October 30, 2025. Manitoba Housing reserves the right to extend this Agreement for two (2) optional two (2) year extensions.
