This Request for Proposals (the "RFP") is an invitation by the Government of Manitoba ("Manitoba"), as represented by the Department of Public Service Delivery, Capital Project Planning and Delivery ("CPPD") on behalf of the Owner of the project, Manitoba Housing and Renewal Corporation ("Owner") to prospective Contractors to submit proposals for a replacement of make-up air unit with a HRV The work is being done in 287 Ingolfs Street, Arborg, MB. Work site location will be fully occupied during construction. CPPD is administering this RFP process.
