Wahoo Public Schools (the "School District") is planning a Track and Field Facility Improvement Project at one of the School District's facilities (the "Project"). The scope of the Project is likely to include, but not necessarily limited to: removal of existing track, construction of new track, football field replacement or repair, and related infrastructure and adjacent facility improvements. The School District is seeking organizations and persons interested in serving as its Performance Criteria Developer ("PCD") during the Project. Any person or organization applying for consideration by the School District must obtain a copy of the School District's Design-Build Contract Policy from Superintendent Brandon Lavaley. The policy describes the PCD's general responsibilities. A statement of your qualifications and performance data, which must include your capabilities to perform, the adequacy of your personnel, your past record and performance, your experience, and any other information that you feel is appropriate; Documentation showing that you are licensed or certified to practice architecture or engineering pursuant to the Nebraska Engineers and Architects Regulation Act; and Your billing practices and/or billing rates and an estimate of what you may charge for serving as the District's PCD for the Project. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
