Site work for a development in Wahoo, Nebraska. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade development.

Work includes rock chip cover and riprap replacement on 7 jetties and rock chip cover for the trail system. The District is utilizing federal funding through FEMA and the project must conform with federal funding obligations. A portion of the trail rehabilitation will be outside the scope of the FEMA funding and can be bid together with the remaining work but must be clearly separated in invoices. A location map is included. The Lower Platte North Natural Resources District (LPNNRD) is requesting proposals from qualified contractors for the rehabilitation of jetties and trail system at Lake Wanahoo that were damaged in the May 2024 flood event.
