Reference Number 0000398406 The City of Aspen d/b/a Wheeler Opera House seeks proposals from qualified vendors for the total replacement and update of the Wheeler Opera House's Main PA (Sound Reinforcement System). Project to include consultation, design, installation, calibration, training, tech support, warranty coverages, and any/all software & licensing associated with said systems. Vendor awarded contract must provide a turnkey ready, state of the art speaker system capable of maximum and even coverage within theater space at both Low/ High decibel levels. This package must be comprised of professional quality, high fidelity, industry leading technologies, capable of meeting the most rigorous touring act's technical specifications. The final package to include limited sight line impacts, color matched cabinets as to maintain esthetic of a historic 136-year-old Classic Victorian Opera house, fully capable of reproducing a world class listening experience for our patrons and community members for years to come. The Wheeler Opera House and City of Aspen ask that the supplier take into consideration and submit a product that is produced in a facility that is carbon neutral, environmentally conscious, and energy efficient, while still conforming to outlined criteria listed above.
