Reference Number 0000395704 The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit professional Professional Design services for specific facility repair and renovation needs at the Aspen Recreation Center. Professional Design services shall include Architectural, Mechanical Engineering, Structural Engineering and Geotechnical Engineering. All design professionals shall be licensed in Colorado. The project will include but is not limited to preparing existing building drawings and developing design for the Aspen Recreation Center Facility Improvements located at 0861 Maroon Creek Road Aspen, Colorado. The City further reserves the right, in the best interests of the City, to accept a late submittal or to waive any technical defects or irregularities in any and all Proposals submitted.
