Reference Number 0000391294 Purchase Type: Duration: 1 year Option: Yes Pitkin County is seeking proposals from firms (individuals, partnerships, companies and corporations) who are experienced and interested in providing critical airport security system upgrades and support services. This includes performance of a one-time consultation with the client to remedy already identified issues and entering into an on-call security service agreement that also includes quarterly preventative maintenance, security hardware equipment procurement (including cameras, card readers, access control boards, gate systems, and related infrastructure) and software procurement and installation. This Request for Proposals (RFP) is being issued to solicit statements of qualifications from firms (individuals, partnerships, companies and corporations) who are experienced and interested in providing critical airport security system upgrades and support services. This includes performance of a one-time consultation with the client to remedy already identified issues and entering into an on-call security service agreement that also includes quarterly preventative maintenance, security hardware equipment procurement (including cameras, card readers, access control boards, gate systems, and related infrastructure) and software procurement and installation. Pitkin County, which owns and operates the Aspen/Pitkin County Airport, will accept and review Proposals from interested and qualified proposers and will select the most suitable and beneficial proposer to provide the requested services for the Airport based on the selection criteria and requirements listed herein. Those firms considered most qualified by the Airport may be requested to make further submittals and/or to be interviewed prior to the Airport making a final selection(s).
