Reference Number 0000388108 The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit professional services for updating and modifying the City of Aspen's Urban Runoff Management Plan. The overall goal of the project is to provide the City of Aspen with an updated stormwater and drainage manual for regulating private development and public stormwater infrastructure that is in line with current industry standards and adopted City of Aspen regulations. The current City of Aspen URMP was last updated in 2014. Both minor and major updates are needed to make this manual current. The intent of this manual update is to make it an easy-to-use tool for members of the private and public sector when developing in the City of Aspen.
